The following recommendations are suggested to you in order to enhance the security level during exhibition:

• All safety protection including CCTV/DVR SYSTEM must be maintained in good order throughout the show period.

• Always pay attention to your goods and customers. DO NOT GET DISTRACTED.

• Limited number [say, NOT MORE THAN 3 ] of items to be show to customer at any one time.

• When goods are being viewed bt customers, take place at VIEWING DESKS and display items on TRAY. Count the number before customers leave the boot

• If the goods returend in a CLOSED DISPLAY BOX, EXAMINATION should be taken IMMEDIATELY.

• Use LIGHT SCALE to weight the item before, during & after viewing process to prevent swapping.

• LABELLING YOUR GOODS for easy identification.

• Best is to PERFORM DAILY STOCKTAKE: otherwise, this must be done on the last dayof the show before leaving.

• Best is to CHECK ALL SHOWCASES & LOCKS every morning to make sure all in good and not being damaged.
